Pricing & Payment

All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and GST-free, excluding international shipping duties and taxes. See below for more information on international shipping.

Tom Radcliff Visuals reserves the right to change the pricing of any item without notice. In the case where an order has been placed for a product with an incorrect price, the customer will be offered a refund or the option to pay the new price.

Payment must be made at the time of submitting an order and all orders placed through this website are subject to confirmation and acceptance by Tom Radcliff Visuals.

Tom Radcliff Visuals holds the right to reject your order for any reason and refund any payment you’ve made, at any time prior to your order being sent.

Stock & Availability

All products are made to order. Tom Radcliff Visuals reserves the right to make products unavailable at anytime.

Shipping within Australia

All orders are shipped via Australia Post or our nominated couriers.

Once items have been shipped, they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser. If a product arrives damaged, or is misplaced, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to liaise with the carrier. No refunds or replacements will be given for products missing or damaged in transit.

It is the purchasers’ responsibility to enter an accurate shipping address. Once your order has been dispatched I cannot alter the address and you will be charged the standard postage rate to resend, regardless of any free shipping discounts on at the time.

If your order is attempted delivery or returned to sender, the purchaser will be required to pay for shipping the order again, regardless of any free shipping discounts on at the time.

Shipping Internationally

The prices listed on this website do not include any additional duties or taxes which may or may not need to be paid to customs when transporting goods internationally.

If you are located outside of Australia I suggest that you check with your local customs office prior to purchasing as Tom Radcliff Visuals does not accept responsibility for any additional charges. These additional charges will need to be paid by the purchaser. Please ensure that you are aware of the cost of shipping internationally before you make your purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

Tom Radcliff Visuals wants to make sure that you are confident and satisfied with your purchase so I ensure that all items are professionally photographed, edited, printed and framed. All details are intended and how the item is mean’t to be produced. However, the visual representation may be approximate, or prints may vary. Depending on your requested print size, I may be required to make some alternations to the dimensions to fit the required frame or print.

As all prints are made to order unfortunately I do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been shipped, in transit or already received. However please contact me and I will do my best to help out in whatever way I can to ensure a satisfactory result.

Damages

In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty or damaged please contact me and I will be happy to assist to ensure a satisfactory result.
